  • Ross and i celebrated eight years together
  • ky turned 2
  • got rid of my travel anxiety. traveled alone outside of california multiple times.
  • attended various tech and creator conferences (CES, sponsor games, config, craft + commerce, and more)
  • joined the board of directors at the Oakland LGBTQ Community Center
  • met over 100 strangers for dinner. established 5 meaningful & consistent friendships.
  • went to my first music festival during LA pride. saw lizzo, kim pedras, and more.
  • went on a summer vacation with my family to washington, dc
  • visited family on the east coast multiple times throughout the year

lows

  • got laid off from my youtube job on halloween
  • ran out of money running visionaryPass
  • lost my dad to parkinson's
  • accumulated thousands of dollars of debt

professional

  • multiple sources of income: appfind, ceos of tomorrow, bell ai fellowship, uber, caffeine
  • hosted the visionaryPass Creators Conference 2025 with Doc Williams (The Creator’s AI Toolkit: How to Monetize Your Content from Day One & Generating Your First Dollar online as a Creator)
  • joined Caffeine as an evangelist, teaching people how to make successful websites and apps with chat. for years, i was a creator making tech tutorials and now i'm on the other side, representing a brand i love and spearheading influencer marketing campaigns.

tech i'm looking forward to in 2026:

  • hardware from OpenAI
  • the rest of apple intelligence
  • smart home / robotics tech from apple
  • foldable iphone?
  • consumers learning and adopting agents as they go mainstream
  • physical ai (robots that do our dishes and chores)
  • updates to meta ray-ban display. what does the team from limitless create at meta?
  • self-writing tech

goals for 2026:

  • give away at least 3% of my income to non-profits and social impact orgs
  • ship a new Caffeine project weekly
  • create more smiles than frowns
