Incorporating visionaryPass, failing at raising a seed round, and becoming more philanthropic.
HEY World from North Carolina. Last year, I wrote my first Year in Review. I’m happy to continue this tradition in 2024.
highs
- ross and i celebrated seven years together
- ky turned 1
- got a therapist, reduced anxiety, and increased agency
- visited family on the east coast during the holidays
- brought on 3 visionaryPass Brand Partners
- bought a tesla - my dream car since high school
- attended multiple conferences and events in the bay area
lows
- murdered my emergency fund
- spent more time working than i did with family
- social life still could use an upgrade. i have a lot of “internet” friends, but not many close friends irl.
- went all in on visionaryPass. generated $199 in revenue. spent over $6,000 in operating expenses. put all my eggs in one basket. very much how elon dumped all of his paypal money into his companies and stayed at his friends house.
professional

- 2 year streak of publishing youtube videos each week about consumer electronics
- spent some time in vegas for a creator bootcamp
- traveled to austin to meet with my business partner
- visited san diego for a retreat. i could retire there.
- hosted the Creators Conference 2024: invited 3 speakers covering brand deals 101, doodling to retain info, and personal branding
tech i’m looking forward to in 2025
- next generation ray-ban meta smart glasses
- cosmOS
